  • A very old Alembic Stanley Clarke had a non-working pickup. The customer wanted to maintain the aesthetic and the sound of the original instrument. We then measured the working pickup, recovered the internal parts and rebuilt a new pickup inside a new thermoformed cover closed with black epoxy resin. A not simple job, here is it.   • Work carried out for a desperate owner of a 1973 Gibson Ripper, with faulty pickups and all the electronic part to be put in the garbage. This is not an easy job, given that the customer has also asked us for more power and a slightly more modern sound. Inside, the pickup has been profoundly modified, although the project has remained the same, a horizontal coil humbucker, according to the philosophy of the creator, Bill Lorentz.
